Tebi is a Connected Restaurant Management System that unifies sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and data analytics into a single platform for hospitality businesses. Founded by Arnout Schuijff (co-founder of Adyen) and backed by €50 million from Index Ventures and CapitalG, Tebi serves thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, and Finland.
As an Account Executive in Copenhagen, you will drive sales growth for Tebi in the Nordic market. This is a field-based sales role that goes beyond traditional SaaS selling—you'll embed yourself in the hospitality scene and meet customers where they operate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting high-potential hospitality venues (restaurants, cafés, bars, coffee shops) in Copenhagen and surrounding areas
- Creating engaging product demonstrations tailored to hospitality operators' workflows
- Developing creative communication and sales strategies to close deals
- Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through handover to the onboarding team
- Using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, AI) to optimize pipeline management
- Attending industry events and networking within the hospitality community
- Continuously analyzing and improving the sales funnel
- Staying informed on hospitality industry trends and merchant pain points
Tebi's platform solves a critical problem: restaurants typically use fragmented systems (POS, reservations, kitchen displays, payments, inventory, staffing) that don't communicate effectively. Tebi integrates these into one seamless platform, addressing a €4 trillion+ global market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales, commercial account management, or hospitality industry experience
- Natural relationship-building skills with genuine passion for the hospitality sector
- Hands-on, independent approach with comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong curiosity and willingness to take calculated risks and experiment
- Excellent communication skills—ability to engage busy hospitality owners and maintain their interest
- Fluency in both English and Danish
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales technology
