You will be the first Account Executive dedicated to the Benelux region, based in London. You'll own and grow the entire portfolio across Benelux, running the full sales cycle from discovery through close. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a brand-new region from scratch, with a clear path to more senior regional ownership as Benelux grows.
Key responsibilities:
- Own pipeline and forecast accuracy for your Benelux book of business, maintaining clean and current HubSpot data
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline across the region
- Run full-cycle selling: discovery, demos, and commercial conversations end-to-end for Benelux prospects
- Build deep knowledge of the Benelux market and buying culture to engage credibly with local prospects
- Master the product and customer base, sharing customer insights with onboarding and product teams
- Represent Uptick professionally with Dutch-speaking prospects and customers
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Account Executive for Europe, the wider sales team, and Marketing on Benelux-tailored outbound messaging
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Executive or in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS
- Ability to run a full sales cycle independently, from discovery through close
- Disciplined forecaster with strong pipeline hygiene in HubSpot or similar CRM
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Deep curiosity about customer needs with ability to translate into compelling, senior-level conversations
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of building a brand-new region from scratch
