Keebler Health is building the operating system for value-based care, helping risk-bearing healthcare organizations thrive by unlocking the power of their data. The company empowers leading primary care groups, ACOs, and health plans to act on real-time insights that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and fuel sustainable growth. You will own a full-cycle sales role, personally generating top-of-funnel pipeline and staying accountable for every deal from initial outreach through contract signature. This is not a handoff role—you build relationships, navigate complex buying committees, and close deals with healthcare and technology stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Build and own top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and creative strategies - Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, proposal, negotiation, and contracting - Nurture long-cycle relationships with prospects throughout extended evaluation periods - Identify and build relationships with economic buyers, clinical stakeholders, and technical evaluators within provider and payer organizations - Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and provide reliable forecasting to sales leadership - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success - Clearly articulate ROI and clinical/financial impact to sophisticated healthcare buyers - Operate with exceptional urgency and responsiveness, treating speed as a competitive advantage The role requires someone who thrives on ownership, can manage longer multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and has a bias toward action. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience selling SaaS solutions and/or direct experience working within value-based care provider organizations (clinical operations, quality, revenue roles) - Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role - Demonstrated success building your own pipeline (hunting, not just closing inbound leads) - Comfort managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of healthcare and enterprise SaaS - Strong discovery, negotiation, and contracting skills - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear business value - Bias toward action and exceptional responsiveness NICE TO HAVE: - Prior experience selling into or working within risk adjustment technology space - Familiarity with value-based care economics, HCC coding, RAF scores, or related risk-adjustment methodologies - Existing network within provider groups, ACOs, MSOs, or health plans
