Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 / annual
JOOR is a fashion-technology SaaS platform serving 14,000+ brands and 600,000+ buyers across 150 countries, processing $1.7B in monthly wholesale transaction volume. The company is backed by Macquarie Group, Battery Ventures, Canaan Partners, and ITOCHU, and operates as a Series D startup with 150+ employees globally.
As an Account Executive, you will drive new revenue growth by selling JOOR's digital wholesale management platform to enterprise-level brands and retailers. You will own a $500,000–$650,000 book of business and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and identifying key decision-makers within target accounts; building trust and influence
- Conducting discovery sessions to understand prospect business needs and align them with JOOR's value proposition
- Developing and executing targeted prospecting campaigns using research and consultative selling approaches
- Managing incoming leads and qualifying fit for the platform
- Forecasting and closing mid-market opportunities
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling ROI targets and value propositions
- Participating in internal meetings to share best practices and resolve customer issues
- Becoming an expert in JOOR's product, competitive advantages, and the wholesale/retail industry
You will work with a global team across North America, Europe, and APAC, with access to industry market weeks and flexible work policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, Account Management, or Retail (strongly preferred)
- Experience hitting KPIs and working with commission-based compensation structures
- Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM (strongly preferred)
- Confident, resilient salesperson with a go-getter, multitasking mindset
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
- Understanding of the fashion/retail/wholesale industry is a bonus but not required
