Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B division that provides live experiences as a service to corporations, schools, and global brands. The team manages the full journey from sales and strategy to global execution, working closely with operations to scale B2B experiences worldwide.
As an Account Development Representative, you will be the pipeline engine for privatized events. You'll qualify and nurture inbound interest while executing targeted outbound campaigns, sharpening sales methodologies that fuel both your growth and the company's.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business' privatized events offering
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the broader Sales organization to align campaigns and maximize impact
- Track and report on key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on data
- Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences
Success milestones: By 3 months, you'll ramp up the offering, tools, and messaging. By 6 months, you'll consistently generate and progress qualified opportunities with improved conversion rates. By 12 months, you'll be a go-to revenue contributor with a repeatable playbook and strong internal partnerships, becoming promotion-ready.
The role is hybrid based in Madrid with a flexible work setup.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education from a top university or business school
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within B2B SaaS, media, or events company (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and self-starter mentality
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and through first-time situations
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
- Fluency in English and one Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian)
