qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq that removes friction from restaurant payments. Guests scan a QR code to pay in seconds—no app download, no waiting. The platform handles Pay-at-Table, Digital Menus, Order-and-Pay, Payment Links, and SoftPOS terminals, enabling restaurants to focus on hospitality while improving table turnover and profitability. With $72M raised and operations across multiple markets, qlub has doubled headcount in the past year. As Account Associate, you'll support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in driving growth within the Partner Success team. You'll work directly with restaurant operators and partners to maximize adoption and value from qlub's solutions. Key responsibilities include: (1) Portfolio Support—assist assigned KAMs with day-to-day account management, serve as an operational point of contact for partners, and identify early warning signals like usage drops or churn risks; (2) Training & Staff Engagement—conduct training sessions with restaurant staff, run engagement activities to maintain motivation, and troubleshoot on-the-ground issues in coordination with Tech and Support teams; (3) Performance Monitoring & Reporting—review portfolio metrics (GMV, adoption rates, transaction trends) on a regular cadence and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights; (4) Cross-Functional Collaboration—coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to resolve partner issues quickly and share feedback to improve processes. You'll own staff training and engagement across your accounts, deliver monthly performance reporting that translates raw metrics into clear talking points, and resolve partner issues by coordinating across internal teams. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B/tech operations. You move fast, make strong decisions with incomplete information, and think like an operator. You're highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential; you'll engage restaurant staff and occasionally decision-makers. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with performance data and building reports. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets is required. Fluency in English is mandatory. A valid driving license and access to a car are required. Experience in hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology environments is a strong plus; Arabic fluency is a bonus.
