This is a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) role at Pixitmedia, where you will serve as the primary pipeline engine for the Media & Entertainment vertical. You will own the complete ABM strategy and execution across all three tiers—strategic 1:1 programs for major studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms; 1:few cluster campaigns by segment (post-production, VFX, animation, sports); and programmatic 1:many coverage for the broader market. You will work hands-on with the ABM and data stack, including 6sense, Demandbase, and Clay, leveraging AI as a core research and personalization tool. Your responsibilities span account strategy, buying-group mapping, multi-channel campaign orchestration, and direct seller collaboration across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Key responsibilities include: owning ABM pipeline accountability across defined target accounts; designing and maintaining the tiered M&E target account list with sellers and partners; mapping buying groups from CTOs and engineering leaders to post-production and workflow specialists; building segments and audiences in ABM platforms, configuring intent models, and managing data flows into Salesforce; orchestrating multi-channel campaigns (paid social, display, email, direct mail, content, webinars, SDR outreach) sequenced to buying stage; running demand generation programs beyond the named account list; partnering with systems integrators and resellers on joint account plans and co-marketing; understanding the Pixitmedia product portfolio (Pixstor, Ngenea) and how it integrates with Avid, Adobe, and DaVinci Resolve; owning account experiences around major industry events (NAB Show, IBC, SIGGRAPH, HPA Tech Retreat); partnering with product marketing on vertical messaging and customer proof; using AI daily for account research, content personalization, and intent scoring; collaborating with marketing operations on routing, scoring, and attribution; and reporting weekly on engagement, pipeline, and win rates by tier.
You will function as a hybrid seller, working accounts directly alongside Pixitmedia's sales team, sales engineers, and partners. You'll be hands-on in the ABM and data stack, building audiences, configuring intent models, running enrichment workflows, and keeping data clean in Salesforce. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue outcomes from your target accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- AI-first problem solving is mandatory: you must reach for AI first to solve real problems, treat AI as a digital co-worker (not an occasional tool), and demonstrate concrete examples of how you've applied this approach.
- 5+ years in B2B ABM and demand generation, with hands-on experience running strategic 1:1, 1:few, and programmatic ABM.
- Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with ABM and data platforms (6sense or Demandbase and Clay), including building audiences, intent models, enrichment workflows, and Salesforce integration.
- Proven track record of working accounts directly alongside sellers, with documented pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong demand generation fundamentals: campaign design, multi-channel execution, nurture, and funnel conversion.
- Experience marketing or selling to Media & Entertainment organizations, or to technical buyers of infrastructure, storage, or media workflow technology.
- Experience in a channel-led motion, working with resellers or systems integrators.
- Salesforce fluency is required.
- US-based, with comfort working across time zones and regular travel to key industry events in the Americas and EMEA.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Differentiating qualifications include: direct M&E experience with relationships across studios, broadcasters, post-production houses, or media systems integrators; working knowledge of media workflows and storage requirements (high-throughput file storage, parallel file systems, Avid/Adobe/DaVinci Resolve integration); prior sales, SDR, or solutions experience; experience running ABM around major industry events and across multiple regions; hands-on experience building AI agents or automations for account research and personalization; and working understanding of CAC and pipeline efficiency at account and tier level.
