Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategic Business Development to drive lead generation and demand generation programs for their Healthcare Intelligence Cloud platform. This role sits within the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and bridges Growth Marketing, Sales, and upper management to execute enterprise demand generation strategy.
Key responsibilities include owning the complete lead generation lifecycle from capture through sales cycle tracking; coordinating with prospects and internal teams to schedule business meetings; conducting secondary research to brief sales teams on prospect context; collaborating with Sales to assess MQL quality and gather feedback; tracking full-funnel metrics and recommending program investments based on conversion data; managing database health, cleansing, and augmentation; partnering with product marketing and campaign teams on messaging and execution across email and web channels; and leveraging account-based marketing technology for multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise customers.
You will measure and analyze campaign performance, deliver weekly briefs to leadership, and demonstrate knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline structures. The role requires comfort with US shift timings (5:30 PM to 2 AM IST).
Required qualifications include proven experience generating leads through cold calling and emailing in the US market, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
