Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead UI development for Gravity AI Studio, an AI-powered healthcare platform that helps hospitals, clinics, and health insurance companies unify fragmented patient data and automate administrative workflows. The role combines heavy frontend ownership with full-stack expectations, requiring you to convert product requirements into production-ready implementations while setting UI standards for the team.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver customer-facing features on a platform used by major US healthcare systems including CommonSpirit Health, Atlantic Health, and Banner Health. The team actively leverages generative AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of daily development, and you're expected to embrace this workflow.
Key responsibilities include leading frontend architecture for Gravity AI Studio, contributing to the UI roadmap, participating in agile ceremonies, and maintaining production-quality code. You'll work with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and React, with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and basic-to-intermediate Python for backend integration.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent; 4–6 years of full-stack development experience with strong React and JavaScript proficiency; hands-on experience with generative AI development tools in a professional setting; proven track record shipping and maintaining customer-facing products; familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable SaaS architecture.
