Workplace Project Manager - Paris

Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and public sector to co-create customized AI systems. As Workplace Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects that support Mistral's rapid global growth. Reporting to the Workplace Lead EMEA within the HR team, you will shape how the organization works across distributed European, North American, Asian, and Middle Eastern offices. Key responsibilities include: leading the planning and implementation of multi-site workplace operations projects; overseeing facilities management, space utilization, and service delivery across all sites; managing the annual workplace budget; negotiating leases and supplier contracts; establishing project governance standards and best practices; developing compliance frameworks integrating sustainability and ESG considerations; driving global workplace strategy informed by occupancy data and industry trends; developing mid- to long-term capacity plans; leading adoption of digital workplace tools and automation; managing strategic vendor relationships and preferred supplier frameworks; and mentoring junior team members on procurement and financial governance. You bring 8+ years of experience in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate, with a proven track record delivering complex multi-site initiatives. You combine strategic thinking with strong financial and vendor management expertise, including budget management, cost analysis, and negotiation skills. You have a deep understanding of risk frameworks, contingency planning, and compliance (ESG, health & safety, workplace regulations). Digital fluency with workplace management tools, IWMS platforms, or space planning software is essential. Experience in tech or fast-growing scale-ups is preferred. You are service-minded, organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively, maintain professionalism with confidential information, communicate excellently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
