Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work. As Workplace Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of workplace programs and projects globally—from office moves and openings to health & safety programming, emergency response planning, sustainability initiatives, and tooling rollouts. You'll operate in two main areas: **Global Special Projects**: Lead cross-functional programs including health & safety initiatives, global design standards, emergency response planning, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs), and sustainability across Harvey's growing office portfolio. Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional teams to build compliant, scalable programs. Own global vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, facilities) and drive adoption of workplace software platforms like desk booking and occupancy systems. **Playbook & Portfolio Management**: Build and maintain the FDOB (Facilities, Design, Operations, Budget) checklist and playbook that regional teams execute for office moves, expansions, and new openings. Maintain a portfolio-level calendar tracking all expansions and new offices globally. Step in to lead moves or buildouts directly where regional teams lack capacity or coverage—this share decreases as regional capability matures. Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to keep day-one readiness standards current. **Program Management**: Own project plans, schedules, and budgets across all global programs. Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; communicate status clearly to stakeholders. Maintain portfolio-level visibility, flag sequencing and resourcing risks, and manage vendor accountability. Report to the Global Workplace Operations Manager. You'll need 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management with experience leading cross-functional programs (H&S, emergency preparedness, sustainability, systems rollouts). Strong program design and playbook-building instincts are essential—you prefer building systems others execute well over running every project yourself. You'll manage vendor and procurement relationships at national/global scale, command project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communication), and have experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach required. Based in New York with on-site presence at NYC office and willingness to travel.
