The Workplace Program Manager will lead and scale Legora's Workplace organization initiatives, owning programs end-to-end that improve employee experience and office operations across global markets. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong program management fundamentals and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of cross-functional Workplace programs from scoping through launch and continuous improvement; collaborating with Regional Workplace Managers to design programs and experiences (travel, events, security); developing program-level processes and playbooks for consistent delivery across regions; leading cross-functional workstreams with Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security; identifying gaps and proactively designing solutions; building tooling and workflows to improve team effectiveness; owning program budgets and tracking spend; managing vendor relationships; monitoring broader Workplace portfolio budgets; and serving as a thought partner to Workplace leadership on priorities and strategy. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years designing, launching, or running employee-facing programs in workplace, people ops, program management, or related fields. Required experience includes taking programs from idea to launch with budget ownership, improving or relaunching existing programs based on data or feedback, and partnering across Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security functions. Global or multi-office experience is a plus. The role demands comfort in ambiguous, fast-growing environments, strong program management fundamentals, independent judgment, and motivation to improve how teams deliver for employees globally.
