OpenGov is seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Manager to lead the Atlanta office experience and serve as the operational backbone for the broader Workplace team. This role combines site leadership, facilities management, project oversight, and knowledge management for a fast-growing government technology company. You will own the full Atlanta office experience, including general administration, guest relations, and employee onboarding with a hospitality-first mindset. You'll design and execute workplace programs—weekly team lunches, monthly gatherings, all-hands meetings—with meticulous logistics and attention to detail. As the primary workplace point of contact for Atlanta employees and leadership, you'll participate in leadership meetings to anticipate headcount growth, space needs, and operational challenges. You'll manage seating charts and neighborhood planning to optimize collaboration as the office scales, and serve as culture champion and employee advocate. On the facilities side, you'll ensure the office meets OpenGov brand standards, health, safety, and accessibility regulations. You'll develop preventive maintenance programs, proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs, oversee vendor-managed repairs, and serve as the central point of contact with building and property management. You'll independently own small workplace services and operations projects—office refreshes, equipment upgrades, operational improvements—including vendor scheduling, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication. You'll provide support to the Real Estate Manager on major relocations and build-outs as needed. You'll be the information backbone of the Workplace team, responsible for organizing, maintaining, and evolving the team's document library, policies, procedures, vendor agreements, and project documentation. You'll build scalable team process playbooks, identify documentation gaps, and support onboarding of new Workplace team members through structured knowledge transfer. You'll oversee contractors and vendors supporting Atlanta operations and cross-site projects, managing day-to-day performance and contract compliance. You'll execute contract negotiations for vendors under $15K and partner with Strategic Procurement for larger engagements. You'll evaluate vendor performance, identify cost-saving strategies, and manage office and project budgets with accuracy and accountability.
