As Workplace Manager, you'll own the day-to-day experience of the San Francisco office and coordinate logistics for the New York office. You'll be based in SF, in office 3 days a week or as needed, serving as the operational backbone for both locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate office move-ins and move-outs, managing vendor scheduling, timelines, and setup
- Manage office logistics for both SF and NY: supply ordering, shipment handling, visitor check-in, and vendor relationships
- Plan and execute team offsites from venue selection through day-of execution
- Build employee experience programs including team bonding events, recurring traditions, and general employee wellness check-ins
- Own new hire onboarding logistics: first-day setup, laptop provisioning, desk assignment, and building access
- Oversee NY office logistics remotely, coordinating with local vendors and NY-based team members
- Serve as the go-to person for office-related questions and issues across both locations
You'll need 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or related coordination roles. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office moves or build-outs is essential. You should be comfortable owning a second office's logistics remotely without daily in-person oversight, with strong organizational skills and proactive communication across teams and locations. Bonus experience includes supporting multi-city offices and planning company events end-to-end.
