Replit, an agentic software creation platform democratizing application development through natural language, is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Manager to lead office operations and employee experience across its growing organization. You will own the full spectrum of workplace operations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing office cleanliness, safety, and productivity; serving as the primary liaison with building management and landlords on maintenance, access, and compliance; and developing workplace policies and procedures. You'll partner closely with People, Sales, and Leadership teams to plan and execute year-round events—from team offsites and all-hands meetings to community gatherings and external guest visits—managing all logistics including space planning, A/V, catering, and vendor coordination. You'll manage the F&B program end-to-end: evaluating vendors, managing budgets, procuring snacks, beverages, and catered meals, and optimizing for both employee satisfaction and cost-efficiency. Workspace planning falls under your purview, including seating arrangements, space optimization, and future layout needs. You'll lead office moves, expansions, and reconfigurations from vendor selection through day-of execution. Additionally, you'll source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships across facilities, cleaning, office supplies, security, and workplace services, monitoring service levels and contract performance. The role requires 7+ years in office management, workplace operations, or facilities in a startup or fast-paced environment, plus 7+ years of event planning and execution experience. You must have direct experience with F&B program management, landlord/building coordination, vendor sourcing and negotiation, and strong project management skills. You'll work on-site 5 days per week, support occasional early/late hours for events, and help coordinate regional offices in international locations. Familiarity with workplace software (Envoy, Notion, Asana), AI tools, hybrid/distributed team support, and startup culture is preferred.
