Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 / annual

As a Workplace Change Manager, you will lead the people side of Crusoe's rapid transformations, including expanding real estate, launching new workplace products, and implementing new processes across the global portfolio. You'll ensure every employee, team, and leader is equipped, informed, and confident to embrace workplace changes. You'll partner closely with the workplace team and cross-functional partners to build readiness strategies, craft compelling communications, and coach employees through transitions using proven frameworks like Prosci ADKAR. Your work will span typical projects such as new office openings, office expansions, workplace tool launches, and process changes—extending beyond corporate offices to manufacturing sites and data centers. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting comprehensive change impact assessments comparing current and future states - Developing change management plans and timelines aligned with project milestones - Evaluating organizational readiness and identifying potential gaps - Partnering with senior leaders and front-line managers to activate them as visible change sponsors - Engaging stakeholders across all levels to involve them in the change journey - Creating clear, compelling multi-channel communication campaigns - Designing and delivering targeted training programs - Anticipating friction points and coaching managers through resistance management - Serving as a trusted daily contact for cross-functional partners - Tracking adoption metrics to measure success and business impact - Traveling approximately 10% domestically and internationally to global offices REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, human resources, or project management - Proven stakeholder influence in driving alignment and action without direct authority - Exceptional active listening skills with ability to read a room, surface concerns, and respond with empathy - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt as initiatives evolve - Demonstrated experience leading change management for workplace or real estate projects (office moves, space redesigns, facilities transformations) - Experience working collaboratively as part of a workplace team - Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging - Experience driving change management in fast-scaling or high-growth technology companies - Background partnering with executive-level sponsors on enterprise-wide initiatives BONUS: - Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field - Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies - Management consulting experience
