Figma is seeking an Office Manager to join its Bengaluru hub and serve as the operational and cultural bridge for the regional office. This is a full-time hybrid role (4 days onsite) that combines workplace operations, people operations support, and local compliance leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Owning day-to-day workplace experience: ensuring the office is welcoming, inclusive, safe, clean, and fully operational for employees, guests, and vendors • Managing workplace operations and vendor relationships, including office supplies, equipment, facilities requests, and service delivery • Planning and executing local office experiences such as team offsites, celebrations, cultural holidays, ERG activities, and volunteer events • Cross-functional partnership with IT, Security, Facilities, and other teams to maintain seamless operations • Supporting regional People Operations: onboarding, right-to-work checks, HR documentation, employment verifications, benefits administration, payroll/time-tracking support, and terminations • Acting as a trusted regional partner to the Global People team, providing local context, language support, and cultural guidance to ensure policies and communications are appropriate and effective in-region • Leading local workplace compliance and Health & Safety efforts in partnership with People and Legal teams • Serving as local liaison with employee representatives, unions, government entities, and vendors, supporting required communications and collective labor obligations The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on human interaction, can juggle multiple work streams, and brings local language and cultural fluency to the workplace. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in office management, people operations, HR coordination, or similar roles • Ability to manage confidential information • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus • Experience managing local Health and Safety processes
