WorkWhile is disrupting the $650 billion gig economy by leveraging AI to create a flexible, efficient labor market for frontline workers. Backed by Khosla Ventures and recognized by Inc. 5000 for 10x growth, the company is building a marketplace that puts workers first. As a Worker Success Specialist, you'll be the primary advocate for WorkWhile's worker community, serving as the trusted voice that builds marketplace trust and integrity. You'll deliver world-class support via email, chat, and phone, handling complex worker inquiries and turning them into success stories. Your responsibilities include managing Trust & Safety reports to maintain platform integrity, ensuring all users adhere to community standards, and proactively identifying friction points in the worker experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Ops teams to develop long-term solutions that improve the worker journey. You'll own the knowledge base by creating and updating internal playbooks and external FAQs that enable workers to self-serve and succeed independently. Managing high-volume support queues with speed and precision, you'll ensure response times remain industry-leading while maintaining empathy and clarity in every interaction. This role is ideal for a high-empathy, fast-moving problem solver who thrives in the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup. You're comfortable navigating the gray areas of the gig economy, juggling multiple platforms (CRMs, Slack, internal admin tools), and adapting to flexible schedules to meet worker needs. You use data and intuition to solve root causes rather than just following scripts. Prior experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace operations, or the gig economy is a plus, as is hands-on familiarity with support tools like Intercom.
