Hinge Health is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to join its Bengaluru office and support the company's global HR and financial operations. This hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) involves managing and optimizing Workday across multiple modules including business process definitions, advanced compensation, position management, reporting, and security configurations.
Key responsibilities include defining and managing business processes to align with organizational needs; evaluating and implementing Workday bi-annual feature releases and AI capabilities; overseeing advanced compensation processes such as merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity plans; managing position management workflows including job requisitions and organizational hierarchies; developing and maintaining custom reports for business stakeholders; configuring security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance; collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR) to identify system improvements; and providing end-user training and support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across the modules mentioned above. You should be a "learn-it-all" who stays current with Workday features and best practices, a trust builder who communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams, and someone resilient and analytical who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Preferred qualifications include Workday certification in any module, experience with Workday reporting tools and custom report writing, familiarity with security configuration and role-based permissions, background in high-growth environments, and strong problem-solving skills.
