Salary: USD 95,000 - 120,000 / annual

Flywire, a global payments enablement and software company, is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to oversee the health, configuration, and optimization of its Workday ecosystem. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between HR, Finance, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration, security, and alignment with evolving business needs. Key responsibilities include executing the Workday HCM roadmap with post-implementation administration and ongoing platform management; troubleshooting configuration and reporting issues; serving as the primary technical advisor to the HR team on system capabilities and automation opportunities; overseeing day-to-day platform configuration, security groups, and tenant maintenance; monitoring Workday releases and testing updates; ensuring adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies; designing and maintaining standard and custom reports and queries; developing and maintaining vendor integrations with third-party service providers; championing major Workday initiatives such as semi-annual release testing; establishing a culture of continuous improvement through evaluation of new features and emerging technologies; and providing advanced technical support and documentation to ensure successful adoption of system changes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for various organizational levels. You will be integral in maximizing the value of the Workday system and ensuring that employees and stakeholders interact with it efficiently and securely. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Workday administration with strong focus on HCM modules - Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements into business language - Proven track record managing complex Workday environments including business process configuration, security, reporting, and integrations - Data-driven decision-maker with experience in automation and understanding of interactions between people, processes, and systems - Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments with ability to pivot quickly - Prior experience implementing or maintaining Workday systems - Ability to model and configure workflows and systems recognizing both complexity and user experience - Knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer) and ETL processes - Familiarity with XML and Web Service-based integrations - Experience with Agile Methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with Workday Financials, PRISM, or Accounting Center - Experience with implementations spanning multiple countries - FinTech background
