Salary: EUR 39,000 - 41,000 / annual
Roadsurfer is Europe's largest campervan rental company, offering vehicle rentals, subscriptions, and a platform for discovering unique camping spots across the continent. As Station Manager for the Vienna South location, you will lead a team responsible for day-to-day operations, fleet management, and customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities include: developing and expanding the Vienna station in collaboration with central departments; implementing and improving operational standards (vehicle handovers, returns, customer interactions); managing and recruiting your local team with empathetic leadership; overseeing the campervan fleet condition and coordinating with local service partners; advising customers on Roadsurfer's product suite (myroadsurfer, subscriptions, spots platform, rentals); and fostering continuous process improvements through collaboration with international teams.
You will create a supportive work environment that promotes clarity, performance, and employee autonomy. The role requires strong customer service orientation, pragmatic problem-solving, and bilingual fluency in German and English. A Class B driver's license is required.
