Motive is seeking a Vice President of Procure-to-Pay to lead, scale, and transform the company's global end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, and purchasing operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this role owns the overarching vision, organizational architecture, and cross-functional strategies that ensure Motive maximizes commercial leverage, scales efficiently, and maintains robust operational controls across all business units.
Key responsibilities include architecting and executing Motive's global procure-to-pay strategy across strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing operations, and continuous process transformation. Success is measured by delivering enterprise-level savings, establishing a responsive procurement engine that balances control with speed, implementing robust scalable systems supporting global expansion, elevating vendor selection standards and executive-level negotiations, and instilling an accountable, data-driven operating culture.
