Requirements: - 12+ years in Revenue Operations, commercial operations, or business operations within high-growth B2B SaaS, including several years in senior leadership. - Proven multi-function leader with experience running two or more of: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Partner Operations; ideally with business applications or CRM platform ownership. - Strong commercial and financial acumen: fluency in ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, unit economics, and compensation design. Ability to drive decisions from data. - Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience with track record of CRM or CPQ transformation and data/reporting governance at scale. Platform migration experience is a strong advantage. - Hands-on builder's approach to AI: experience using AI and agentic tooling to automate workflows, streamline decision-making, and improve work quality and speed. - Executive presence and edge: ability to hold leadership accountable, bring clear perspective, and elevate team performance. - PE-backed and/or transaction experience (diligence, integration, value creation) is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
