LogicGate, a leader in AI-powered GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms for enterprises, is seeking a VP of GTM Operations to lead the next phase of revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the strategic and operational foundation that powers LogicGate's go-to-market motion.
You will lead and grow a high-performing revenue operations team, architecting scalable GTM processes, systems, and data infrastructure designed to support aggressive expansion. Key responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Leadership:** Manage the RevOps team, audit and rebuild GTM processes for scale, and serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, metrics, and workflows.
**AI & Technology Innovation:** Champion the integration of AI tools across the revenue organization to reduce administrative burden and increase win rates. Own the evaluation, administration, and ROI of the entire GTM tech stack, with Salesforce as the central hub, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
**Data, Analytics & Forecasting:** Build robust, predictive revenue forecasting models and pipeline analytics. Evolve reporting from basic dashboards to actionable, prescriptive insights. Establish strict data governance to ensure CRM and operational data accuracy. Design and optimize executive dashboards and predictive analytics for real-time decision-making.
**Revenue Lifecycle & GTM Execution:** Spearhead annual territory design, headcount capacity planning, quota modeling, and commission plan administration. Own forecasting methodology, pipeline coverage models, and deal inspection processes. Architect seamless workflows across the customer journey, from lead routing to Sales-to-CS handoffs. Manage the Deal Desk, establish discounting guardrails, and optimize approval workflows to accelerate deal velocity and remove friction from the sales cycle.
You will need strong analytical capabilities, AI fluency, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization. This role requires someone passionate about building scalable infrastructure, leveraging AI to drive sales efficiency, and eliminating operational silos.
