Salary: USD 345,000 - 385,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates the full stack from energy generation to AI model serving. The company's Managed AI Services portfolio launched in late 2025 and is already scaling rapidly with triple-digit million-dollar ARR commitments secured. As VP of Product Management for Managed AI Services, you will own the complete vision, strategy, execution and roadmap for this business unit. You report to the SVP of Product Management and partner directly with the VP of Engineering for Managed AI Services. The portfolio currently includes Managed Inference (Serverless, Self-Deployed, and Tailored Deployment options) and Serverless Fine Tuning, with Serverless Reinforcement Learning and Agent Sandbox launching in H2 2026. Key responsibilities include: - Defining long-term vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to customer needs, company goals, market trends and GTM strategy - Building, leading and mentoring a team of product managers, owning their performance and development - Partnering with engineering, technical program management, product partnerships, marketing, customer success and sales to define requirements, prioritize features and drive launches - Owning business metrics including usage, reliability, production KPIs, pipeline, revenue, gross margin and customer satisfaction - Shaping go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing, routes-to-market and partnerships - Building relationships with key customers, ecosystem partners and GTM partners to translate feedback into product improvements - Tracking competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform strategy - Identifying and resolving technical and commercial risks, infrastructure bottlenecks and scaling challenges You will work in a high-growth environment focused on solving the power bottleneck in AI compute through an energy-first approach. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to operate at scale in a rapidly evolving market. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven product management track record with AI/ML services, including experience building and scaling AI managed services from scratch - First-hand experience with AI managed services such as inference, tuning, reinforcement learning and agent sandboxes, plus observability and evaluation practices - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends, ideally from building planet-scale cloud products at hyperscalers, neoclouds or specialized inference providers - Experience managing and launching technical products for AI-native, digital-native and enterprise customers - Proven experience building, leading and mentoring product management teams - Strategic leadership ability: setting clear vision, making decisions with incomplete information, guiding cross-functional teams toward market awareness, adoption, revenue and margin goals - Analytical rigor: comfort interpreting complex market, customer and production data to drive strategy - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to present technical concepts, connect to business outcomes and build consensus - Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product management work BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience leading technical customer-facing teams or operating AI managed services from customer/user side - Engineering background prior to product management - Experience with open model ecosystems and fine-tuning/inference optimization workflows - Familiarity with Agile and Lean product management methodologies
