CreatorIQ is seeking a Vice President of GTM Operations to lead the go-to-market engine that powers the company's revenue organization. Reporting directly to the President & CFO, you will own the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind how the company plans, executes, and measures performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 people (directly managing 4 GTM Ops leaders across Systems, Insights, Enablement, and Project Management, with roughly 6 individual contributors reporting to them). Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning the analytics and forecasting layer the business runs on, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and predictive insights to improve forecasting, identify revenue opportunities and risks, and provide executive leadership with faster, more actionable decision support.
- Leading business automation, systems, and infrastructure by driving an AI-native operating model that embeds AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across the customer lifecycle to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision quality while maintaining strong governance, security, and data integrity.
- Directing sales compensation, quota, and territory planning—owning incentive compensation design and administration, quota setting, and territory planning across the GTM organization. Building equitable, scalable models aligned to company objectives and managing the annual planning cycle.
- Driving GTM enablement by owning how the field is equipped, onboarded, trained, and ramped. Leading adoption of AI-enabled selling, customer success, and operational workflows through enablement programs, change management, and best-practice development.
- Running the GTM PMO (Project Management Office) as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal. Establishing intake and prioritization, driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through rollout, and continuously improving how the go-to-market organization plans and operates.
- Partnering with the Business Intelligence department to enable and actualize GTM data, supporting and shaping the GTM data model, data warehouse (Snowflake), pipelines, and shared definitions that power every system, dashboard, and automation.
You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to the executive team and Board, influencing and building trust across the C-suite and GTM leadership. This is a role for an operator who thinks in systems, leads through influence, and can move fluidly between executive strategy and the technical detail that makes it real.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations, including senior leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and leading multidisciplinary operations teams in a high-growth SaaS environment, managing people at scale and delivering measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, with experience evaluating, prioritizing, and governing emerging AI capabilities across the GTM technology stack
- Proven analytical and forecasting rigor; comfort owning the numbers the executive team and Board rely on; natural partnership with Finance on forecasting, planning, and profitability
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insight, segmentation, and investment recommendations
- Track record of large-scale systems and transformation initiatives, including leading automation and systems programs end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Experience with or close partnership on sales compensation, quota, and territory planning
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise AI adoption, automation initiatives, or intelligent workflow transformation that delivered measurable improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, or revenue performance
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and build trust across the C-suite, Board, and GTM leadership
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences; leadership through influence as much as authority
- Commitment to developing people and building high-performing teams
- Ability to serve as an executive sponsor for responsible AI adoption, establishing governance, prioritization, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment
