As VP of Data Center Operations, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of Armada's global data center portfolio. This is an executive leadership role responsible for scaling and optimizing operational functions to support rapid growth while overseeing all aspects of data center operations—facility management, critical environment operations, capacity planning, infrastructure reliability, safety, compliance, workforce development, and customer operational readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Leadership:** Define and execute the long-term vision and operating model for data center operations. Develop operational roadmaps supporting business growth, technology innovation, and capacity expansion. Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with organizational objectives. Drive transformation initiatives improving efficiency, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
**Data Center Operations Excellence:** Provide executive oversight of 24x7 mission-critical data center operations across co-location facilities worldwide. Establish and maintain world-class operational standards, procedures, and performance metrics. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Bridge gaps and drive alignment across engineering and executive teams. Improve processes and systems, manage operational performance, and ensure efficient execution. Develop strategic initiatives and establish key performance metrics to support a high-performing operations organization.
This role requires deep expertise in data center operations, infrastructure management, and the ability to scale operations globally while maintaining reliability and compliance standards in a fast-growing, mission-critical environment.
