You will join the Revenue Operations team in a newly created role focused on ensuring that GTM technology investments—including Clari, Outreach, PG:AI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call recording tools—deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll sit at the intersection of RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Vendor Management, applying customer success discipline to internal tool adoption and ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end value realization strategy for the core GTM tech stack
- Define and track adoption metrics, usage benchmarks, and ROI models for each platform; report regularly to RevOps and Sales leadership
- Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Applications, and IT teams to ensure tools are configured, integrated, and used as intended
- Identify underutilized features or workflows and drive targeted enablement to close adoption gaps
- Act as the internal CSM for each vendor relationship, running business reviews, escalating issues, and holding vendors accountable to value promises
- Build and maintain a value realization scorecard/dashboard that ties tool usage to pipeline, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity outcomes
- Lead onboarding and change management for new tool rollouts or major feature releases
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales reps and managers to continuously improve stack ROI
- Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal and expansion conversations, providing usage data and value evidence to inform commercial decisions
This role is ideal for someone with customer success experience on the vendor side of GTM technology who is ready to apply that discipline internally to drive adoption and measurable business impact.
