Pocket Worlds is a remote-first gaming company building deep, social virtual worlds. Their flagship title, Highrise, is a creative 2D isometric world with over 10 million players where users create avatars, express themselves, and build friendships.
As a Trust & Safety Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving player reports through the company's report system. This role involves handling sensitive and NSFW content, reporting violative content to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), and using CRM tools to respond to and resolve player reports. You will work closely with Customer Support and Live-Operations teams to address challenging guideline violations and implement new Trust & Safety policies. The role requires identifying potential abuse vectors in new features and proposing mitigation strategies, as well as interacting directly with players via dedicated channels to help resolve reports. You will be part of a global, multicultural, and multilingual Trust & Safety team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in content moderation
- College degree
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus)
- Experience with technical systems such as CRMs, moderation systems, and admin panels
- Interest in mobile gaming
- Experience working and communicating in a fully remote environment
- Availability to work both day and night shifts
- Comfort navigating challenges in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment without compromising work quality
