Salary: EUR 63,600 - 118,000 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Trial Vendor Associate Director to serve as the single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level in clinical trials. This hybrid role (12 days/month onsite) is based in Barcelona, Spain, with alternative locations in London or Dublin. You will independently manage all clinical vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials, acting as a core member of the Clinical Trial Team (CTT). Key responsibilities include: • Serve as the primary vendor liaison, partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with study timelines, scope, and quality expectations across eCOA, central labs, IRT, cardiac, and PR&R vendors • Provide end-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables and protocol alignment during protocol development • Manage vendor financials including budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, PO management, and close-out • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for vendor systems and contribute to system validation • Drive site activation from a vendor perspective, compile central documents, and manage risks/issues throughout the study lifecycle • Manage vendor performance, risks, and issue resolution with strong collaboration across study teams You bring 5+ years of clinical operations and vendor management experience with strong GxP and ICH regulatory knowledge. You have solid understanding of clinical trial design, proven expertise in vendor management (outsourcing, contracting, sourcing), and demonstrated UAT experience with eCOA and IRT systems. You are results-oriented, collaborative in matrixed environments, and skilled in influencing, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include audit & inspection experience, sponsor/CRO/vendor acquisition or transition study experience, and protocol writing background. Compensation: €63,600–€118,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
