Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 / annual
BVNK is a stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises, now part of Mastercard. The company enables businesses to build financial products, unlock new markets, and move money across 130+ countries with 40+ licenses for fiat and digital assets. Processing billions annually, BVNK serves industry leaders like Corpay, Worldpay, Deel, and Flywire.
As a Treasury and Payment Operations Analyst, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations covering payment processing, liquidity management, and client inquiry resolution. You will provide on-call weekend coverage (shared among 9 analysts, approximately once every two months) and support for select bank holidays with compensation or time-off-in-lieu to be agreed upon.
Key responsibilities include:
**Payment Processing & Liquidity Management:**
- Process and monitor manual and automated transactions, including deposit allocation, client payments, and fund returns
- Handle failed payments, liquidity movements, and cash flow management
- Manage offline liquidity providers and exchanges
- Maintain professional relationships with partner financial institutions, merchants, and internal teams
**Operational Support:**
- Assist the Merchant Support team with incoming queries
- Work with compliance and monitoring teams on flagged transactions, RFIs, and counterparty whitelisting
- Track and resolve open payment queries
- Support safeguarding and reconciliation procedures for EMI operations
- Produce KPIs on payment statistics
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies
- Support treasury and operational teams with counterparty risk management and compliance
**System Optimization & Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve payment issues, delays, and errors with internal teams and external partners
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for treasury and payment processes
- Contribute to system optimization initiatives
The role requires being based on the West Coast or willing to work Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT).
**Requirements:**
- Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services (preferred)
