Ripple is seeking a Treasury Implementation Consultant to serve as a bridge between our SaaS treasury and risk management solutions and our financial institution clients. You will lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, design optimal platform configurations, and act as a trusted advisor on treasury best practices.
Key responsibilities include conducting deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client workflows and technical requirements; designing and documenting the target-state solution architecture; providing subject matter expertise on treasury modernization; hands-on platform configuration and customization; delivering high-impact training to maximize client ROI; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product development.
You will translate complex technical concepts into accessible financial language, guide clients through treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, and hedge accounting, and ensure seamless integration between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs. The role requires understanding of corporate treasury operations, accounting principles, and financial risk management.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or treasury software implementation experience; strong consultative and communication skills; technical competence with complex software ecosystems; expertise in treasury domains; financial proficiency with corporate treasury, accounting, or finance background; and fluency in both English and German (additional languages a plus).
