AccuRx is transforming NHS healthcare communication. The company's products are used by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives daily. As a Transformation Manager, you will lead high-value pilots and contracts with NHS partners, designing and delivering early-stage pilots for products like AI Scribe, Patient Triage, and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. You'll be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Complex Pilots: Design and lead customer engagements for early-stage Accurx products, developing clear deployment plans, goals, and success metrics. Coordinate onboarding and training, monitor performance and ROI, and present outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Turn pipeline opportunities into successful pilots and contracted deployments, building evidence and business cases for wider adoption.
Navigating NHS Complexity: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Acute Trusts, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices, and ICBs. Use your understanding of NHS structures, budgets, productivity metrics, incentives, and clinical workflows to align Accurx's value to local challenges. Identify internal champions, uncover new use cases, and expand adoption beyond initial pilots.
Scaling Through Training: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently demo and train clinicians, administrative teams, digital leads, and other stakeholders. Create and improve scalable resources such as guides, videos, FAQs, and walkthroughs. Contribute to playbooks and best practices, enabling the Implementation team to scale proven approaches.
Shaping Strategy Through Insight: Capture frontline feedback and user pain points, advocating for product changes. Use insights to contribute to product and strategic decisions, proposals, business cases, and tender responses. Represent Accurx at NHS and healthcare events, share learnings across the business, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in large-scale change management projects (e.g., consulting, NHS transformation)
- Excellent client-facing skills with ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to lead medium to large-sized projects autonomously, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Advanced structured problem-solving skills with systematic approaches and methodologies for analyzing complex operational challenges
- Proficient data analysis skills, employing analytical techniques to derive insights from large datasets and dashboards
- Experience leading implementation of change initiatives with effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering open communication and shared success
