Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage capital flow operations and financial processes across the platform.
You will be responsible for understanding and managing system capital flow logic, overseeing fiat channel access and capital-related processes, and conducting testing launches. You will coordinate daily with customer service to resolve customer capital issues, handle various capital-related problems with sound judgment, and support marketing activity distribution. The role requires sensitivity to fund data analytics, clear understanding of reconciliation logic, and the ability to guide team members and other stakeholders on fund-related system issues.
This is a senior individual contributor role with team leadership responsibilities. You will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment within a flat organizational structure, collaborating with world-class talent across a global organization. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–10 years of related working experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clearing and settlement at an exchange platform, payment channel, or commercial bank
- Strong risk awareness and risk identification ability
- Excellent logical analysis, communication, and expression skills
- High work engagement, energy, innovation, pressure resilience, responsibility, and teamwork
- Familiarity with internet finance and traditional financial business
- Experience leading teams and completing projects independently
