Anduril Industries is seeking a Counter Intrusion Trainer to support its Counter Intrusion Business in the Middle East. In this role, you will plan, resource, and execute technical instruction for international military end users, serving as a subject matter expert on Anduril's Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) and air defense capabilities.
Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military operators and maintainers at all levels. You will plan and coordinate New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses, lead presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites and hazard zones, and design simulated training scenarios aligned to end-user mission requirements.
You will create and manage training collateral for air defense systems, working with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, and program managers to convert system capabilities into learning objectives and course content. You will design training curricula across multiple platforms—presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations—and ensure materials remain current with new features and functionality.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work across Anduril teams including program teams, product development, engineering, and operations to capture product updates and support end-user training. You will also serve as the voice of customers, building bridges between end users and Anduril by capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing product development.
Required qualifications include demonstrable experience conducting technical training in the Middle East for international users, a strong training background in planning and delivering technical instruction, ability to travel up to 50% (including to hazard zones for 20-30 days at a time), and eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications include ownership mentality and strong initiative, adaptive communication skills across audiences and mediums, ability to work in cross-functional environments, enthusiasm for transforming US and allied military capabilities, expertise in CUAS principles, experience with air defense technology including autonomous systems and advanced C2 systems, hands-on technical deployment and troubleshooting experience, and RF systems testing and validation experience.
