Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an Air Defense Trainer to support its air defense business in the Middle East. You will plan, resource, and execute technical instruction for international military end users, serving as a subject matter expert on Anduril's Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) and air defense platforms.
Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military operators and maintainers at all levels. You will plan and coordinate New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses, lead presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites and test facilities, and design simulated training scenarios aligned to end-user mission requirements. You will create and manage training collateral across multiple formats—presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations—working with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, and program managers to convert system capabilities into learning objectives and course content. You will ensure training materials remain current with new features and manage training repositories.
You will collaborate across Anduril teams including program, product development, engineering, and operations to capture product updates and support end-user training. Critically, you will serve as the voice of customers, building bridges between end users and Anduril by capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing product development.
Required qualifications include demonstrable experience conducting technical training in the Middle East for international users, a training background with expertise in planning and delivering technical instruction, fluency in Arabic (verbal and written), and eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance. You must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including to hazard zones, for 20-30 days at a time.
Preferred qualifications include ownership mentality, adaptive communication skills, cross-functional influence, expertise in CUAS principles, air defense technology knowledge, and hands-on technical deployment experience.
