Revolut is seeking a Technology Manager to oversee technology operations, risk management, resilience, and regulatory readiness for its licensed entities. This role bridges Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams while maintaining alignment with local regulators and group standards.
Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements; proactively monitoring application, technology, and InfoSec infrastructures to identify outages, malfunctions, and SLA breaches; coordinating evidence gathering for audit requirements; representing the local Technology team in wider programme initiatives; preparing stakeholder reports; identifying and escalating dependencies, impacts, and risks; maintaining and creating dashboards for metrics and insights; managing internal support tools and technology provisioning; handling technology asset inventory and lifecycle management; and driving local technology and InfoSec architecture.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, technology architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or consulting. Required expertise includes working in regulated environments with regulators, auditors, and supervisory bodies; knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services; excellent communication and people-management skills; understanding of modern technology stacks and InfoSec solutions; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; exceptional organizational and time management; and fluency in English.
