Flowdesk is building infrastructure for the next era of global finance, combining expertise from traditional finance, algorithmic trading, and blockchain technology. The company provides liquidity solutions, OTC trading, and market infrastructure connecting digital assets to global markets with institutional-grade precision. This role owns the exchange onboarding and connectivity lifecycle end-to-end, from contract signature through trading go-live and ongoing maintenance. You will serve as the central point of contact across internal teams (trading, engineering, sales) and external exchange partners, ensuring every venue integration is delivered on time, tested correctly, and maintained without disruption. Key responsibilities include: owning the full exchange onboarding lifecycle including API endpoint configuration, credentialing, and compatibility checks; coordinating internally across trading, engineering, and sales teams to track and resolve dependencies; running and documenting pre-go-live testing including endpoint validation and order flow testing; maintaining a live tracking system for all active venue integrations, upgrades, and exchange-driven changes; managing ongoing exchange relationship touchpoints post-launch including upgrade cycles and protocol changes; supporting the engineering team on initial integration stages; identifying and escalating integration risks early; and building internal documentation for each venue. You must have 2+ years experience in a crypto trading firm, exchange, or digital asset infrastructure business in an operations, project management, or technical coordination role. Required skills include solid understanding of crypto exchange connectivity concepts (REST and WebSocket APIs, order management, credentialing, test environments), ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail, comfort interfacing with external exchange counterparts and internal stakeholders, technical literacy to read API documentation and understand endpoint structures, and strong written and verbal communication in English. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with exchange API integrations or connectivity testing in production, familiarity with FIX protocol or WebSocket feed handling, experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Notion, Linear), knowledge of exchange upgrade and EDC management processes, exposure to both CEX and DEX environments, and basic scripting ability in Python or similar languages.
