Aviso, a leading Canadian wealth management organization, is seeking a Technology Change Control Analyst to join the Technology Ops & Support Partners team. Reporting to the Manager of Technology Change Control, you will be responsible for supporting the governance and coordination of IT changes across the organization's technology environment. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the intake, review, approval, scheduling, and closure of IT change requests in alignment with ITIL practices and internal controls. You will draft and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) materials, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and decisions are tracked. You'll review change records for completeness, assessing risk, impact, implementation, rollback, testing, and communication plans. You will maintain the forward schedule of changes, identifying potential conflicts and high-risk change windows to prevent service disruptions. Post-implementation, you'll support reviews and track remediation actions for failed or high-impact changes. The role includes producing and analyzing change metrics, dashboards, and audit evidence for management and compliance reviews. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to assess and mitigate incident and problem management activities when change-related issues contribute to service disruption. You'll drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities aligned with ITIL practices and audit/compliance expectations, and support the development of technology change control strategy and standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience, plus 4+ years in IT change management, IT service management, or technology operations. You must demonstrate capability in ITIL change, incident, problem, and release management practices, with hands-on experience in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management (ServiceNow preferred). Experience in financial services, trading, or wealth management is valued. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-impact situations. Fluent English communication is required; French bilingualism is an asset.
