Hyperexponential is an AI-powered insurance platform trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers. The company is building decision-support tools for pricing and underwriting in a $7 trillion industry, backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures.
The Client Education team sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Customer teams, responsible for turning new platform features into training, certification, and documentation that clients and delivery partners can learn from and apply effectively.
You will deliver technical training sessions (live and online) to clients and partners covering platform fundamentals through advanced topics like building pricing models with AI agents. You'll build and maintain high-quality course content including online modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials that evolve with product releases. You'll support the design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises where candidates build real pricing tools in the platform.
You'll partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into day-one-usable training material. You'll contribute to the partner enablement programme, helping external delivery partners onboard and deliver hx training to consistent standards. You'll maintain course health and documentation processes, flagging outdated or misaligned content.
The role requires comfort with technical concepts and hands-on tooling, even at foundational level. You'll work in an environment where scope shifts and you're expected to figure things out rather than wait for fully defined briefs. You'll adjust technical depth to fit your audience and pull in context from multiple teams to get training right.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience delivering training, workshops, or technical explanations to non-technical or semi-technical audiences, with examples of material you've built or taught
- Computer Science degree or related technical discipline, OR equivalent hands-on comfort with programming languages (Python or similar) through experience
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products (formal software engineering background not required)
- Initiative in building or improving courses, processes, or learning content rather than just following existing structures
- Confident, clear communication with clients or external stakeholders, with ability to adjust technical depth for audience
- Ability to thrive in environments with scope shifts and ambiguity, figuring things out independently
- Comfort being hands-on with technical concepts and tooling at foundational level
- Preference for building and adapting training material as product evolves, rather than following fixed curriculum
