OpenAI's User Operations team is seeking a Technical Systems Program Manager to drive strategy, alignment, and execution of CRM and operational systems initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of support operations, engineering, and revenue systems, owning the modernization of Salesforce workflows and adjacent platforms that power customer support at scale. You will partner closely with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to identify operational pain points, design scalable solutions, and execute complex cross-functional initiatives. Key responsibilities include owning CRM systems strategy for the support organization, operationalizing AI-native workflows with automation and agentic processes, aligning stakeholders across Support Delivery, Risk, Legal, and Engineering, and driving prioritization in a highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of technical program management experience, with deep fluency in CRM workflows, Salesforce platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures. You should have proven success driving complex initiatives from discovery through operationalization, strong communication skills, and experience in SOX/SOC2-controlled environments. Experience with global support operations, AI-native environments, and scrappy iteration while maintaining governance is valued. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with Monday-Wednesday in-office expectations. Relocation assistance is available. The role offers the opportunity to shape operational infrastructure at one of the world's leading AI companies, working with world-class engineering and product teams to scale customer support systems.
