Isomorphic Labs is an AI-driven drug discovery company applying frontier machine learning to accelerate scientific breakthroughs and develop life-changing medicines. In this role, you will lead the Technical Operations team, overseeing user-facing IT support, application integration, and platform operations. This is a hands-on management position where you will be responsible for delivering stable, scalable, and high-performing services across Isomorphic Labs while building and growing your team. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee and manage the integration of internal, multi-user tools and applications, owning the full software lifecycle - Evolve the support model by improving how technical support operates, navigating the complex Alphabet/Google ecosystem - Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing, collaborative team - Partner with stakeholders across Workplace, Engineering, and Science teams to deliver on the technical operations roadmap - Design and shape support and systems integration strategy - Drive infrastructure automation to ensure a highly productive environment for Scientists, Researchers, and Engineers The role offers a unique opportunity to design organizational systems and support infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-growing, mission-driven biotech AI company. Requirements: Essential: - Proven experience managing a small team while being hands-on with end users (ideally within technical support) - Extensive experience with end-user support and solving complex internal problems - Experience with Identity & Access Management (SSO) - Experience working with non-technical teams and leading processes for onboarding, offboarding, ticketing systems, and related functions - Proficiency in Python, Bash, SQL, or Go to automate repetitive operational workflows - Ability to build the strategy of a systems admin group Nice to have: - Knowledge of security best practices - Experience with developer experience tools - Excellent documentation skills with focus on accuracy and clarity
