Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, integrating with 60+ EHRs to eliminate documentation burden, automate patient and revenue workflows, and process claims autonomously. As Senior Implementation Manager for Air (EHR), you will own the end-to-end implementation and launch of new customers on Athelas Air. You'll work directly with healthcare practices to ensure smooth transitions, high adoption, and rapid time-to-value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer discovery and workflow analysis to map clinical and administrative processes
- Draft detailed functional and technical specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, interface requirements) based on customer needs
- Partner with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and prioritize development backlog items
- Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations for each customer launch
- Lead cross-functional launch teams through weekly status calls, playbook adherence, and risk mitigation
- Act as primary operations liaison among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support
- Create and evolve scalable launch playbooks for data migration, build-out, training, and go-live support
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to reduce time-to-launch and increase quality
- Build and maintain internal Retool applications to streamline workflows and enable non-technical stakeholders to create dashboards and reports
- Facilitate hypercare support during and after go-live; track issue-resolution SLAs
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics (login rates, documentation volume, billing task completion)
This is a full-time, in-office role requiring 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 5+ years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful delivery on time and within scope
