We're seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our EMEA team based in London, delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels including phone support. In this role, you will become a technical expert on the Postman platform, taking ownership of customer-reported issues from initial triage through resolution. You'll research, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems while collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure rapid resolution. Key responsibilities include providing real-time phone support with screen-sharing capabilities, explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and maintaining high standards around customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and resolution quality. You'll contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs, interact with Postman's 15+ million developer community via support channels and GitHub, and participate in weekend coverage on a rotating schedule to support customers across time zones. Additional responsibilities include streamlining support processes, running experiments, building internal tools, and creating proofs-of-concept for users. Required qualifications include 2+ years of technical product support experience with modern SaaS products, preferably with API development or SaaS background. You should be comfortable with technical concepts, REST APIs, networking fundamentals, and web technologies. Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, and PHP is highly valued. You must be able to work standard London hours (GMT/BST) and participate in weekend coverage as part of the rotating schedule. Postman values in-office collaboration and requires 5 days per week in our London office.
