As a Technical Support Engineer in the EMEA region, you will be part of a skilled team supporting enterprise customers across Verkada's entire product line. You will work independently and collaboratively to solve technical issues, provide design and configuration expertise, and serve as a bridge between customers, Engineering, and Product Management. Key responsibilities include: - Full-stack troubleshooting of network, hardware, software, and electrical issues across the Verkada platform - Providing best practice design, installation, and configuration guidance to enterprise customers - Owning customer issues from creation through resolution - Communicating complex technical matters orally and in writing - Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams on testing and bug identification - Writing technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers - Building scalable tools and processes - Staying current with product updates and industry technologies Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity), plus 1+ years of professional or internship experience in technical support engineering or IT. You must have strong understanding of network fundamentals including HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, 802.11, firewalls, Ethernet/cabling, and PoE. Experience with Linux, APIs, Python, or other coding languages is a plus. Industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, Security+, Network+, etc.) are valued. The role requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a 5-day per week on-site position in the London office, reporting to a Technical Support Engineering Manager. Visa sponsorship is available.
