You will join the Delivery department as a Technical Support Engineer, responsible for delivering excellent post-sales support and driving continuous process improvements. This role combines customer-facing technical problem-solving with internal collaboration to resolve complex infrastructure and security issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide break-fix support, consulting, and stakeholder collaboration to resolve technical issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service for infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization
- Drive customer interactions for issue resolution while coordinating with Product and Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain expertise across Nozomi Networks' entire product line and technologies
- Create and maintain knowledge base content to support solutions
- Provide white-glove support for critical accounts
- Replicate and reproduce customer issues in lab environments before internal escalation
- Understand critical account infrastructure and technical environments
You will embody the company's cultural pillars of transparency and trust while protecting critical infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles
- Experience in network security within support, design, consultancy, or operations contexts
- Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations
- Knowledge of common networking and security protocols and applications
- Detailed technical experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large complex environments
- Strong information security principles knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to operate in confidentiality and data privacy-sensitive settings
- Comfortable with FreeBSD
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects
