Nozomi Networks is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join the Delivery department and provide exceptional post-sales support for their AI-powered OT and IoT cybersecurity platform. The company defends critical infrastructure across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and resources sectors in over 68 countries.
In this role, you will provide break-fix support, consulting, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve technical issues for enterprise and government customers. You'll handle infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization. You will drive customer interactions for issue resolution while coordinating internally with Product and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining expertise across Nozomi's entire product line, creating and updating knowledge base content, understanding critical account infrastructure, providing white-glove support for critical accounts, and replicating/reproducing customer issues in the lab before internal escalation.
You will embody the company's cultural pillars of transparency and trust while protecting critical infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles
- Experience in network security in support, design, consultancy, or operations roles
- Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations
- Knowledge of common networking and security protocols and applications
- Detailed technical experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large complex environments
- Strong information security principles knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols
- Comfortable using FreeBSD
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects
