New Relic is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Dublin office. In this role, you will be the technical expert for New Relic's observability platform, solving complex customer issues and providing exceptional support across the product suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems, working closely with software engineering teams on escalated issues. Your responsibilities include supporting customers with installation, configuration, and data exploration requests; providing superior end-user support via email, phone, and social media; and serving as a customer advocate to the Product Organization by surfacing feature requests and bugs. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise software support with deep technical expertise. Required skills include Linux administration, AWS and cloud infrastructure knowledge, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), web technologies, and systems troubleshooting. You should understand automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, and have experience building, maintaining, or monitoring servers in enterprise environments. Bonus qualifications include cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, CKA), experience with multiple IaaS platforms, network/system/database administration background, DevOps or software engineering experience, familiarity with New Relic products, and ability to analyze system and application logs. You must have excellent analytical skills, genuine customer empathy, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dublin.
