NeuroFlow is a behavioral health platform that integrates mental health care into the broader healthcare ecosystem. Founded by a West Point graduate and Wharton MBA, the company partners with healthcare organizations to identify behavioral health risk early, engage patients with appropriate resources, and enable care teams to make smarter decisions. As a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer, you will own escalated technical issues that require hands-on investigation beyond frontline support. You'll work directly with end users, Customer Success teams, and engineering to diagnose and resolve application issues using logs, database queries, and system-level tools. The role focuses on a Windows-based web application stack and requires methodical troubleshooting without requiring software development expertise. Key responsibilities include investigating complex technical issues, analyzing system logs and database queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, documenting solutions for knowledge base improvement, and helping to improve overall system reliability. You'll be the bridge between frontline support and engineering, translating technical findings into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is technically solid, detail-oriented, and comfortable diving deep into application behavior and infrastructure. You should have experience with Windows environments, web applications, SQL or database query basics, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with engineering teams.
