Required qualifications include hands-on networking troubleshooting experience in production environments (IP addressing, DHCP, routing, DNS, ARP, NAT, firewalls); strong networking fundamentals with understanding of packet flow (L1–L3) and common failure points; Linux command-line experience with comfort using logs and system/network diagnostics; clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong problem-solving abilities; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field; and ability to work onsite for hands-on collaboration. Nice-to-have skills include basic scripting (Bash, Python), API familiarity, customer-facing technical experience, exposure to security systems and hardware-integrated software, and cybersecurity background.
